Overview

A palm-sized coding robot for children from 8, made by Matatalab in Shenzhen and sold under the MatataStudio name. It drives, draws, follows lines, plays sounds and shows images on a 128-LED face, and children program it first with MatataCode blocks and later in Python.

What bothers us

The official store shows US dollar prices to EU buyers too and does not say whether VAT and import duties are included.
The official spec sheet leaves out the sensors and the wireless connection; the sensor count comes from dealer listings.
Few independent reviews; most information comes from Matatalab and its dealers.
