1. Scope

These terms apply when you use www.antarum.ai in any language and when you send us a request through Antarum. Antarum is run by Tigran Hovhannisyan, Avetisyan 2, 2005 Vanadzor, Armenia. Details in the legal notice.

2. What Antarum is, and what it isn’t

Antarum is an independent curator of robots and Physical AI. We inform, compare and link. We don’t sell or ship products, and we don’t enter into purchase contracts with you. If you buy through a link on Antarum, the contract is only between you and the manufacturer or dealer. Their prices, terms, right of withdrawal and warranty apply.

3. Free and without an account

Using Antarum is free. You don’t need an account.

4. Affiliate links and referrals

Some buy links are affiliate links, marked with *. If you buy through one, the shop pays us a commission. Your price stays the same. If you ask us to, we connect you with an authorised dealer. The dealer may pay us for the referral. For you, a referral is free and not binding. More under How Antarum earns money.

5. Information without guarantee

We check status, prices and specs on the date shown on each page and link our sources. Manufacturers and dealers can change them at any time. Only the seller’s offer at the time of your purchase counts. Our pages are general information, not personal advice.

6. Images

AI images and AI visualisations are labelled on the image. They are not photos of real products and can differ in details. Real product photos come only from manufacturers, with their permission.

7. Links to other websites

The operators of linked websites are responsible for their content, offers and data protection. When we set the links, we saw no legal violations. If we learn of one, we remove the link.

8. Requests

When you write to us, please give accurate details. Please don’t send advertising, mass requests or other people’s data without their permission. We may decline a request. How we handle your data: privacy policy.

9. What you may do

You may read, link to and share Antarum, privately and for work. Not allowed: copying content automatically on a large scale (scraping), taking over or selling our texts, images or data in whole or in large parts, disrupting the website or getting around its security.

10. Copyright and brands

Antarum’s texts, images, design and logo are protected by copyright. You may quote us with the source and a link. Product names, brands and logos belong to their owners and are used only to name the products.

11. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only if we breach an essential duty, and only for the typical, foreseeable damage. Manufacturers and dealers are liable for their products, deliveries and services. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

12. Availability and changes

We work to keep Antarum available but can’t guarantee it at all times. We may change content, features and these terms. The version on this page applies, with its date at the top.

13. Applicable law

German law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you usually live.
